Mr.
Haywood Sales

Mr. Haywood Sales, 79 of 1136 Junia Ave. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 30, 2005 at his home. He was born December 20, 1925 in Joanna, SC as the only child of Cornelius Sales and W.C. Worthy preceded him in death. Mr. Sales retired from Dock Love Plastering Company, after 40 years. He was a charter member of Galilee Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his wife of 55 years, Anna Sales; two daughters, Bettie Sales of Charlotte, NC and Min. Brenda Sales; two sons, Haywood Sales, Jr. and Dennis (Linda) Sales; one devoted sister-in-law, Mamie Flowers; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Galilee Baptist Church with Brenda Sales presiding. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will meet with friends from Noon until 1 p.m. Thursday at the church.
