Mr.
Junior Lewis, affectionately known to
family and friends as “Bubba,” of
4924 Old Rural Hall Road
, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2005 at his residence. He was born
April 28, 1931 in Lee County, SC to Fate Lewis and Bessie Lewis. He was
employed by Piedmont Paving Company.
Mr.
Lewis was preceded in death by his mother, a step-son, a brother
Mr.
Lewis is survived by his wife, Carol Lewis; nine step-children; six
sisters; two brothers; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and a host of
grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday,
October 20, 2005 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Family visitation
will be held from Noon until 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
